First Person View simulator...Are there any good ones?

I am often asked about RC simulators that include First Person View or cockpit view. Yesterday I downloaded the demo of RealFlight G4 after a tip that this indeed includes a cockpit view.

Unfortunately the demo version doesn't include the cockpit view so I was unable to test it. I wonder if anyone else has used RealFlight G4 for FPV simulator flying and if so what is it like?

Or has anyone got other suggestions for FPV simulators?

Personally I love flying Phoenix RC simulator but unfortunately that does not include the FPV angle.
